- 8 GB of ram.
- Screen resolution of 960 x 540 pixels or higher.
Client hardware
- Intel Core i5 6th generation or equivalent.
- 8 GB of ram.
- Screen resolution of 1360 x 768 pixels. A resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels or higher is recommended.
A good quality GPU or graphics chip set is recommended.
Minimal versions of the encoder software for certain features to work
- The minimum version of the encoder software accepted by BoraGrid is 2.4. Version 2.9 or newer is recommended.
- The System Information module requires Elemental Live 2.7 or newer.
- Image insert feature requires Elemental Live 2.9 or newer.
Problematic software version
A issue has been identified with version 2.18.x of the AWS Elemental Live encoders.
In this version the equipment reports wrong memory consumption data and can present high resource consumption when the “Encoder Alerts” module is used.
If your encoders have this version, and are experiencing these symptoms, upgrade them to newer versions if possible.
